- Language-Programs.COM is not affiliated with the United States State Department or the United States Government. We are wholly owned by Plurality Language, a private business based in Dallas, Texas.
- Plurality Language is the publisher and copyright holder of the language course materials provided for sale. All language courses have been edited and remastered using multiple digital remastering tools and software. These remastered language courses offer superior audio quality when compared with the originals, and our customers have raved over the high quality and inexpensive cost we provide these courses for when compared with NTIS prices.
- These are the original, unabridged courses that have all been professionally remastered, digitized, cleaned up using Tascam Pro Audio equipment and software. All courses are copyrighted because of the editing and remastering process, and any use of our materials used for redistribution will be prosecuted in a court of law. If you don't believe us, we would be more than happy to refer you to our attorneys, Carstens and Cahoon, LLP.

We are therefore by law required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to any addresses in the state of Texas.
Shipping Questions
- All orders not available for immediate shipment will still generally ship within three business days.
- Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery average to any U.S. address) for domestic orders, and USPS Air Mail (EMS) for international orders.
- Our U.S. shipping rate is $5.45 for the first course, and $2.00 for each additional course. Our international shipping rate, regardless of the country of destination, is $12.45 for the first course and an additional $2.00 for each additional course.
Return Policy
- Because of the easy of copying material we do not provide for refunds for courses offered on MP3 on DVD.
